As an FP&A Analyst within [Employer hidden] Global, you'll be part of a team that plays a critical role in shaping the financial future of our business. Reporting into the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you'll support strategic and operational decision-making by delivering insightful analysis, robust planning, and accurate forecasting.

You will be keen to support the team, as we embark on a growth strategy supported by significant business wide system changes, process improvements and new ways of working. You will become an expert in our contribution model / planning system and be encouraged to drive improvements and change.

How you'll help us make health happen

  • Supporting the delivery of in-year forecasts and 3-5 year plans, including detailed financial analysis.
  • Preparing monthly rolling forecasting, supporting flash and actual reporting processes, and preparing variance reports against plan for key stakeholders.
  • Analysing profit and loss performance and identifying key value drivers and sensitivities.
  • Producing KPI analysis and sensitivity modelling to support business decisions.
  • Collaborating with the Market Unit Financial Planning & Reporting team and [Employer hidden] Global leadership.
  • Building strong relationships across finance and the wider business to ensure accurate, timely reporting.
  • Supporting the development of planning systems and driving process improvements.
  • Contributing to monthly reporting packs, commentary, and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Promoting best practice and continuous improvement across financial planning processes.

Key Skills/Qualifications needed for this role

We're looking for someone who's curious, analytical, and eager to make an impact. You'll likely bring:

  • Candidates are required to be qualified as an Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) Please specify on your application.
  • Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
  • Experience in FP&A (planning, reporting, financial analysis), ideally within a large or complex organisation.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to interpret data, problem solve and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and bridge financial knowledge gaps
  • A proactive, inquisitive approach and a desire to drive change and improvement.
  • Experience with planning and reporting tools such as Oracle and Power BI (desirable but not essential).
  • Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptable to business change and a fast-paced environment with a growth agenda.
  • Ability to deliver accurate and timely information to the business
  • Proven initiative and desire to contribute beyond the core expectations of the role and to look for opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Willing to provide support, advice, and assistance in the development of colleagues.
