Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the UK Insurance Compliance Business Partner team
- Partner with senior leaders across the business to offer practical, professional compliance advice and challenge.
- Embed compliance into decision-making processes
- Oversee new propositions, business operations and incident resolution
- Collaborate with other advisory leads
- Maintain strong relationships with business managers and act as a trusted advisor.
- Support the Chief Compliance Officer and Advisory Director
- Act as Deputy to the Advisory Director when needed, attending key forums and steering groups.
- Horizon scanning for regulatory developments
- Support regulatory change and contribute to wider compliance initiatives across [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk].
What we're looking for
- Significant experience in a senior compliance advisory role
- Ideally Financial Services / Insurance sector background
- Gravitas to collaborate with Executive level stakeholders
- Demonstrable people management skills
- Ability to navigate corporate matrix environment
- Excellent compliance regulatory knowledge, (FCA & PRA)
- Sound judgement and the ability to balance business needs with regulatory requirements
