We are looking for a Delivery Coordinator to join the team and help keep that work moving. This is not just about process. It is about enabling great creative work to happen smoothly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The role

Supports the Creative Studio Delivery team to make sure great work gets out the door smoothly, on time and without unnecessary friction.

You will work closely with creative, strategy and marketing teams to keep work moving, bring clarity to priorities, and make sure nothing gets lost along the way.

You will be as comfortable in the detail, systems, workflows and data accuracy, as you are working with people. This role is about helping teams understand what needs to happen next and where to focus.

How you'll help us make health happen

Workflow & System Administration

  • Manage day-to-day administration of MMS and Asana across Studio and Social.
  • Ensure all briefs are correctly logged, categorised and prioritised in line with agreed intake standards.
  • Maintain data accuracy including ownership, timelines, BU allocation and status updates.
  • Ensure jobs move through workflow stages without delay or loss of visibility.
  • Close projects accurately, ensuring reporting data and metadata are complete.
  • Provide first-line support to teams on system usage and workflow process

Trafficking & Capacity Visibility

  • Support weekly trafficking of work across creative teams.
  • Maintain visibility of live workload across Business Units and asset types.
  • Flag delivery risks, SLA pressures or prioritisation clashes early to Delivery Managers.
  • Support re-prioritisation discussions using accurate workflow data.
  • Contribute to simple, consistent reporting on volume, turnaround times and utilisation.

Intake & Governance Support

  • Ensure incoming briefs meet agreed quality and completeness standards before entering workflow.
  • Support adherence to intake and prioritisation protocols.
  • Track turnaround performance and identify recurring process friction points.
  • Support governance documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as an operational link between Delivery Managers, creative teams and BU stakeholders.
  • Support status updates and reporting packs where required.
  • Ensure agreed timelines and escalation routes are followed.
  • Contribute to improvements in ways of working across Studio.

We are looking for someone who

  • Is highly organised but not rigid. You can bring structure without slowing teams down
  • Is comfortable working in a creative environment where priorities can shift
  • Has experience managing workflows, systems or delivery in a studio, agency or in-house team
  • Is confident working with different stakeholders and can ask the right questions to get clarity
  • Notices when things are about to go off track and steps in early
  • Takes pride in helping good work land well
