Being a Post Office Specialist with OurCoop is more than processing forms and applications. We pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service, taking the time to truly understand our customers needs and requirements. Some of your key responsibilities as a Post Office Specialist would include: • Complying with legal requirements and obligations to minimise risk and inspire confidence • Understanding the products we sell and offering guidance to customers, sharing any promotions • Dealing with customer complaints professionally and in a timely manner • Completing regular compliance checks in line with society policies and procedures *Please note, successful candidates will be subject to a P250 (Credit Check)

Who are we looking for?
