FULL DESCRIPTION

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking a reliable and practical maintenance person to maintain their Croydon site. Responsibilities include mowing, strimming, weeding, and general site upkeep. The role offers flexible weekday hours and pays £13.85 per hour.

About you

  • Experienced with mowing (ride-on and push) and strimming
  • Confident working outdoors in all weather
  • Practical, dependable, and hard-working
  • Able to work independently and get stuck in
  • Flexible and willing to help with one-off tasks as needed

What you'll be doing

  • Mowing communal pathways and areas with a ride-on mower
  • Strimming patches that are overgrown
  • Resetting patches ready for new members
  • Weeding members' patches as part of our service offering
  • Supporting the Patch Manager with general site upkeep
  • Helping with occasional ad hoc tasks as needed

Working Days & Pay

  • Starting at 1 day per week, scaling up to 3.5 days weekly
  • Extra ad hoc work available where needed
  • £13.85 per hour
  • Flexible schedule – weekday availability preferred
