Role Overview
[Employer hidden] is expanding its partnerships team to support continued growth and the rollout of new products across the Build to Rent sector.
The Senior Partnerships Manager – Build to Rent will be responsible for launching and developing [Employer hidden] partnerships with major BTR operators and institutional landlords.
The role ensures [Employer hidden] products are successfully introduced into leasing operations and embedded within the operational processes of BTR developments and portfolios.
The role will also support long-term partner growth by driving adoption across developments and identifying opportunities to expand product usage across portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partner Launch
Lead the onboarding and rollout of newly secured agency partners.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead onboarding and rollout of [Employer hidden] products across BTR operators
- Coordinate launch across leasing teams and operational leadership
- Ensure partners are operationally ready to introduce [Employer hidden] products
- Support integration with leasing systems and operational workflows
Product Adoption & Engagement
Ensure partners actively use and promote [Employer hidden] products.
Responsibilities include:
- Management of Key Stakeholders and Leaders
- Driving product adoption across sites within partner organisations
- Supporting community managers and operational teams during early rollout
- Identifying barriers to adoption and resolving them quickly
- Demonstrating the value of [Employer hidden]’s proposition and advantages over competitor and legacy solutions
- Developing deep product expertise to confidently represent [Employer hidden] products
Strategic Partner Development
Build and maintain strong partner relationships that drive sustained commercial performance.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring partner introduction volumes and engagement levels
- Running structured performance reviews with key partner stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities to increase product usage across sites and portfolios
- Supporting partners to adopt multiple [Employer hidden] products where appropriate
- Working closely with internal teams, including Claims, Operations, Product and Engineering
Integration & Partner Ecosystem
Work with proptech and technology partners to support distribution and partner rollout.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting integrations with property management systems and proptech platforms
- Working with integration partners to ensure smooth implementation
- Identifying opportunities to expand distribution through technology partnerships
Partnership Mapping
Maintain strong commercial discipline across partner accounts.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining clear account plans and partner performance tracking
- Ensuring partner structures and contacts are accurately recorded in Salesforce
- Providing regular updates on partner performance, risks and opportunities
What Success Looks Like in the First 12 Months
- Newly secured strategic partners successfully launched and are operational within agreed timelines
- Strong adoption across partner branches and operational teams
- Clear partner structures, stakeholders and account plans established in Salesforce
- Consistent introduction volumes from newly launched partners
- [Employer hidden] products embedded within partner operational processes rather than dependent on individuals
- High partner satisfaction with onboarding and support is demonstrated through strong CSAT scores
- Evidence of partner advocacy, including referrals to other operators or agency groups,s and partner testimonials
- Relationships established across multiple levels within partner organisations
- Senior partner contacts moving between organisations actively advocate for and introduce [Employer hidden] within their new businesses
Performance Measures
Success in the role will be measured through:
- Speed and quality of partner launches
- Site/Portfolio engagement levels across agency partners
- Introduction volumes from new and existing partners

Skills & Experience
Essential
- Proven ability to launch or implement products within partner businesses
- Understanding and exposure within the BTR sector
- Strong commercial awareness and relationship management skills
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across complex partner organisations
- Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Strong organisational and project management capability
- Experience managing enterprise or strategic partners operating across multi-site or multi-branch organisations
Desirable
- Experience managing large agency groups or multi-branch partner organisations
- Understanding of the wider UK Private Rented Sector (PRS)
- Experience in the property, lettings or proptech sectors
- Experience working with financial or insurance products
