Senior Performance Influencer Executive Global Role, London, Reporting to Elizabeth, Influencer Lead

Role & Responsibilities:
Sales & Talent management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agents, and other key stakeholders
- Identify and lock in influencer talent, negotiating fees and contract terms
- Managing individual monthly budget, achieving revenue and spend targets to grow the influencer channel
- Scale long-term partnerships, establishing an ambassador network for stronger ROI
- Manage influencer-generated content for cross-functional use across [Employer hidden]’s social media channels, website, and paid media channels
Campaign management:
- Brief, execute and oversee influencer campaigns from inception to completion
- Maintain overall influencer calendar, ensuring monthly budgets and KPIs are met
- Track and report on programme & talent performance, leveraging insights for strategy iteration
- Minimum of 6 month experience in a similar performance focused influencer marketing role
- Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets
- Able to handle setbacks and pressure with a positive mindset, staying motivated in challenging situations
- Be a natural communicator, with stellar written skills
- Have strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube and TikTok
- Unmatched attention to detail and organisation skills
