  • Work with data teams to continually improve regular tracking and reporting
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects across CRM, marketing, product, and CX teams
  • Assist in planning and executing promotions, loyalty programmes, and save and winback strategies
  • Monitor competitor pricing and promotional activity, sharing insights and opportunities
  • Support the Commercial Marketing Managers with regular processes and ad hoc initiatives

The skills you’ll bring:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a commercial, marketing, operations, or similar role
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret trends and communicate insights clearly
  • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and drive initiatives forward
  • Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Confident communicator who works effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in excel, plus experience with Tableau, Thoughtspot, Power BI or similar would be ideal
  • Bonus: experience in subscription, D2C, or eCommerce environments

Here’s a taster of how our recruitment process works:

  • Once you have applied your CV will be reviewed by the Talent Acquisition Team.
  • If selected, you will then have a call with the TA Team who will tell you more about us and the role, as well as learning more about your skills and experience.
