About the role:

As FP&A Analyst, you will be the commercial and analytical backbone of the finance function, partnering with leadership across all three brands to drive data-informed decision-making, own the budgeting and forecasting cycles, and deliver the financial insight that shapes the company’s strategy.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the end-to-end budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning process across [Employer hidden], Hair + Me and Renew + Me
  • Build and maintain robust financial models that inform strategic decisions – from pricing and channel mix to new product launches and market expansion
  • Deliver monthly management reporting, variance analysis and KPI dashboards to the CFO and wider leadership team
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Operations and Product teams to translate commercial activity into financial impact
  • Lead the monthly business review process, providing clear commentary on performance versus plan and identifying risks and opportunities
  • Support investor reporting, board packs and ad-hoc analysis for fundraising or strategic initiatives
  • Develop and refine unit economics, cohort analysis and LTV/CAC frameworks for a subscription-based, multi-brand DTC business
  • Champion continuous improvement in financial systems, tools and processes – we’re scaling fast and need FP&A infrastructure that scales with us
  • Manage and develop junior members of the finance team as the function grows

Who you are:

These are the skills we’re looking for. Even if you don’t tick every box, but feel you’re right for us, we’d still love to hear from you.

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or qualified by exceptional experience in FP&A
  • Significant experience in an FP&A, commercial finance or strategy role, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth or start-up/scale-up environment
  • Proven track record of building financial models and delivering insight that directly influences business decisions
  • Advanced Excel skills are essential; experience with SQL, BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI) or financial planning software is a strong plus
  • Deep understanding of subscription / DTC / eCommerce economics – you know your way around LTV, CAC, churn, payback periods and cohort analysis
  • A naturally confident communicator who can translate complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives for non-finance stakeholders
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines without losing accuracy
  • Mentally agile – you thrive in a fast-paced environment where the expectation is to operate with a strong sense of urgency
  • Curious, proactive and solutions-oriented – you see ambiguity as an opportunity, not an obstacle

Nice to haves:

  • Experience in a regulated industry (pharma, healthcare, beauty)
  • Prior experience supporting board-level reporting or investor relations
  • Exposure to multi-brand or multi-entity financial consolidation
  • Familiarity with Xero, NetSuite or similar accounting platforms
