FULL DESCRIPTION

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking a Marketing Intern to support their influencer marketing efforts. The role involves talent scouting, campaign coordination, social media monitoring, and content management. The internship is a full-time, 3-month position based in London, offering London Living Wage.

Hours, working location and remuneration:

  • This is a full time position; 5 days a week, Mon-Fri for 3 months
  • Working hours are 9am-6pm; 40 hours per week
  • Mon-Thurs will be office days in our office in London Bridge area. Fridays are a work from home day
  • We are offering London Living Wage for this position
  • You will be paid on a monthly basis, on the 27th of each month (or the last weekday before, if it falls on a weekend or bank holiday)

Role & Responsibilities:

Talent scouting & nurturing:

  • Support our Brand team in coordinating our seeding and paid influencer programmes, identify potential talent and content creators that align with our brand goals and target audience
  • Engage and lock in new talent, negotiating fees and contract terms
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contracted talent, agents, and other key stakeholders

Campaign coordination & reporting:

  • Lead on comms & end-to-end campaign coordination, from shipping products to briefing to talent live date
  • Manage influencer content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of content and feedback
  • Track influencer campaign performance, reporting weekly on KPIs and leveraging insights to optimise brief, talent pool and overall strategic approach

Social media monitoring:

  • Monitor influencer content and brand mentions across social media platforms to ensure positive sentiment, responding appropriately
  • Assist in organising and managing influencer-generated content for cross-functional use across [Employer hidden]’s social media channels, website, and paid media channels
  • Analyse trends within the influencer marketing space, identifying new opportunities for [Employer hidden] to collaborate with emerging talent and expand into new platforms
  • Be a natural communicator, with stellar written skills
  • Strong interest in social media, and influencer culture
  • Have strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube and TikTok
  • Have strong understanding of Sprout Social or other Social management tools (ideally but not required)
