Working within the Sitewide team, we are responsible for all cross-category campaigns and the management of the [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] website homepage and app. You are a diligent, organised and detail-oriented individual responsible for the timely and accurate execution and implementation of the active e-Commerce trade plan.

About the role

Working within the Sitewide team, we are responsible for all cross-category campaigns and the management of the [Employer hidden] website homepage and app. You are a diligent, organised and detail-oriented individual responsible for the timely and accurate execution and implementation of the active e-Commerce trade plan.

In addition to your contractual pay, any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract Night Premium at a rate of £4.25 per hour. This will also apply to existing Partners who have enrolled onto Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements.

Responsibilities, Skills and Experience

  • Expected salary up to - £34,000 depending on experience
  • Contract type - This position is a Permanent contract.
  • Working pattern/flexible working - The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach, meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business. The E-Commerce team aims for around 2-3 days a week in the office to connect and on a more ad-hoc basis to attend key meetings. Core days are Mondays and Thursdays.
  • Location-  This role is based at our London Head Office campus in Pimlico. Please note, any cost incurred as a result of travel to the office is the responsibility of the successful candidate. There is no travel allowance for this role.
  • FYI - The “e-Commerce Executive” is internally known as “E-Commerce Content and Operations Executive”

Key responsibilities

As an e-Commerce Executive you will be working closely with the rest of the team to plan and implement weekly content updates, track performance, respond and react to trading signals and customer/commercial priorities on the homepage for web and app.

This will include but not limited to the sourcing of imagery, copy, calls to action and adding appropriate tracking links to content, the development and management of briefing documents to our creative agency/ and managing Retail Media briefs and the coordination of creative workflows.

The role will also involve liaising with our Fashion, Home, Tech and Beauty category teams to maintain and update promotional offer buttons across both Web and App.

All of these plans are then used to build out the homepage onsite using our Amplience CMS tool.

Outside of that,the role involves supporting the team in cross-category, seasonal Campaign planning and execution onsite and you will implement on-site changes to support trading and optimisation requirements in line with the seasonal trade plans, perform daily site checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of activation, maintaining site standards and help in the maintenance and management of product curations.

In this role you will work with the wider Site Effectiveness Category teams within Digital, as well as:

Primary Outcomes & Accountabilities

  • Driving online sales with the timely optimised execution of the in-season trading plan.
  • Optimising customer journeys to increase conversion rate and customer satisfaction
  • Using measurement tools such as Adobe Analytics, Content Square and Tableau to track key metrics and performance (traffic, bounce rates, conversion rate, CAC) and generating benchmarking and regular reports on performance.
  • Using data to prioritise potentially conflicting priorities across teams
  • Review & report on key competitor activity

Desirable skills/experience you may have
