We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Studio Manager. The right candidate will be responsible for maintaining an efficient and well-functioning studio environment, coordinating administrative tasks, and overseeing the studio assistants. This is a key role in creating a positive, productive, and well-organised workplace.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Studio Manager. The right candidate will be responsible for maintaining an efficient and well-functioning studio environment, coordinating administrative tasks, and overseeing the studio assistants. This is a key role in creating a positive, productive, and well-organised workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Studio Operations: Oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of the studio, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Reception & Communication: With the studio assistants, serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors, ensuring professional communication and reception.
  • Scheduling & Calendar Management: Coordinate studio meetings, appointments, and company events.
  • Social Media Management: Working with the marketing team to help develop engaging content for our social media platforms.
  • Facility Management: Ensure the studio is well-maintained and organised, liaise with building management for any facility-related issues.
  • Budget Management: Assist with purchasing office supplies, and managing office expenses.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including maintaining a safe working environment and managing emergency protocols.
  • HR Support: Assist with onboarding of new employees for company access and compliance training.
  • Event Coordination: Organise internal events such as team-building activities, meetings, and support client visits.

People and Culture:

  • Collaborate with the People team to uphold and enhance the company culture.
  • Organise and execute social events, including monthly town halls, Christmas and summer parties, and weekly internal activities.
  • Support HR-related initiatives and maintain strong relationships with all departments to foster a collaborative environment.

Project Management:

  • Manage and track progress on assigned projects, ensuring timely follow-ups with team members and stakeholders.
  • Organise and coordinate meetings for specialised projects, within different teams or leadership development sessions.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly reports for senior management.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Studio Manager or similar role in a creative industry.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage complex schedules.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Proficiency in office software, such as Google Workspace, and other relevant tools.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in facilities management and team supervision is highly desirable.
