About the Site Assistant Role

Open all year round, our Site Assistants play a key role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction. You’ll prepare, pack, and deliver laundry to cabins, collect used linens, and ensure log burners, BBQs, and outdoor decking areas are clean and ready for each arrival.

With a keen eye for detail and pride in your work, you’ll help create that welcoming *Forest Feeling* that makes every guest’s stay truly special.

What Are We Looking For?

Our ideal Site Assistant is enthusiastic, hands-on, and eager to deliver exceptional results. You’ll be a reliable team player who takes pride in your work and enjoys contributing to a friendly, supportive team environment.

Due to the requirements of the role, a driving licence is essential as part of this role therefore applicants should have a valid licence before applying.

We’re looking for someone with:

Pay Rates for Aged 16 and 17:

• 16 years: £8.00 per hour
• 17 years: £10.85 per hour
