£12.71 per hour + £1.26 shift allowanceRotating Shifts Monday to Friday 6:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00 Monday to Friday
We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives on behalf of our client based in Gateshead. This is a long-term ongoing position within a busy warehouse environment.
Job description
As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:
- Preparing orders for dispatch to customers
- Working from pick lists to accurately pick and pack customer orders
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Scanning goods on receipt and moving stock onto pallets
- Putting stock away in the correct warehouse locations
- Wrapping, sealing and labelling products ready for dispatch
- Ensuring all orders are completed accurately and on time
- Maintaining clean and safe working areas
- Using manual handling equipment to move stock and pick orders
