DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW

[Employer hidden] Energy and Critical Infrastructure division is a multi-disciplined integrated service provider headquartered in Liverpool. Specialising in the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems, our expertise includes energy-efficient solutions like LED lighting, adiabatic and CRAC cooling units, air source heating, solar PV systems, and battery storage.

JOB OBJECTIVE

Lead the quantity surveying team in overseeing commercial aspects of engineering projects, ensuring effective contract management, financial control, and value optimisation.

  • · Demonstrable experience of commercially managing complex projects using NEC and JCT.
