Senior Account Executive
We are working in partnership with an award-winning marketing agency that offers world-class communications services across media, industry analysts, and digital channels. They are now expanding and looking to recruit a Senior Digital Account Executive with a flair for paid and organic and a strategic mind to join their growing marketing services division.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid social, paid search, display, and digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and channel media.
- Analyse and interpret campaign performance, using data-driven insights to make real-time optimisations and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across channels to meet client KPIs.
- Work with internal creative teams to develop high-impact ads that resonate with target audiences.
- Develop client relationships through regular updates, strategy sessions, and performance reports.
- Participate in client meetings to present digital strategies and recommendations.
The successful candidate will have a minimum 3+ years in managing paid digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, affiliate, and display channels. This will include strong account management skills with experience working directly with B2B clients, and proficiency in using platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and programmatic display platforms. Demonstrated ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies is also essential. In addition, the successful candidate will hold exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade senior stakeholders. - Do you have at least 3 years’ hands-on experience of executing paid search marketing campaigns?

- Are you resident with unrestricted right to work in the UK and able to commute to Central London twice per week?
Location: London – Hybrid/2 days office
Salary: £30k-36k DOE + excellent benefits
