UI Designer

They are currently seeking a Senior UI designer to join their exceptional Product team.
Responsibilities:
As a UI designer you will be leading digital design experiences, making sure they’re exciting, creative, intuitive experiences that drive user engagement and value. You will bring product visions to life and drive our big goals forward!
Your accountabilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Using design and experiences to empower members to drive their fitness forward and be on top of their health goals.
- Having a detailed knowledge of multi-channel, integrated digital experience and understanding the impact of strong design within those experiences.
- Collaborating closely with UX and use your design research to shape the direction of products. Using the insights to design user centred experiences that meet the needs of our users.
- Being an essential participant in discovery activities with Product Managers and other stakeholders, taking early insights from the workshops to proactively think about where we can take the product.
- Working closely with Brand and Marketing to ensure our designs represent and deliver our identity, values and purpose.
- Developing and maintaining our design system, making sure it evolves at the right times and keeping all stakeholders up to date.
- Effectively presenting and articulating design concepts and decisions to stakeholders.
- Developing high fidelity mock-ups and prototypes and coherently being able to hand over the designs to developers.
- Continuously evaluating current end to end experiences to identify areas of improvement and optimisation.
- Challenging and evolving our design processes, ensuring we are making use of the best tools and practices.
The successful candidate will be a skilled and highly collaborative UI designer with at least 3 years’ hands-on commercial experience, with knowledge of key UI design principles and best practices. You will have a passion for design processes, techniques, and methodologies and have used various design tools such as Sketch, Marvel, Zeplin, Photoshop, Principle. With a positive attitude to working in a fast-paced delivery environment, you will enjoy working both independently and also as part of a cross-functional team. Experience of mobile apps design and knowledge of iOS/Android native environments would be highly advantageous. This role also comes with a great benefits package and is a hybrid position with 2 days in the office.

Have you used a variety of design tools such as Sketch, Marvel, Zeplin, Photoshop, Principle or similar?
Are you resident with unrestricted right to work in the UK and able to commute to Berkshire at least twice a week?
Location: Berkshire/Hybrid
Salary: Up to £45k DOE + bonus + bens
