Partnerships Associate - [Employer hidden] Leeds (Hybrid, 3 days in office) | £23,420–£27,000 + Commission | Full-time

The role

This isn't a "sit and wait for leads" job. You'll own the full sales cycle, hunting new business, closing partnerships, and then sticking around to make sure customers actually succeed. It's sales and customer success in one seat, which means more variety, more relationships, and more impact.

You'll:

  • Prospect, pitch, and close new partnership and customer opportunities
  • Onboard new accounts and build long-term relationships that drive retention and growth
  • Act as a trusted advisor, connecting customer goals to what our platform can do
  • Work your CRM, manage your pipeline, and use data to make smart decisions
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and support to help shape the product
  • Represent [Employer hidden] at events, on calls, and across digital channels

What we're looking for

You don't need years of experience. You do need the right mindset.

  • Some customer-facing experience (sales, account management, customer success, or similar - if you are junior, then we'll help you walk the walk)
  • Tech-comfortable - you've used a CRM or you pick up new tools fast; AI-powered sales tools don't scare you, they excite you
  • A clear, confident communicator - written, verbal, and on a call
  • Resilient - rejection doesn't floor you, it sharpens you
  • A self-starter who gets things done without being chased
  • Genuinely curious about technology and the sport and physical activity sector
