Disruptive Growing Creative Agency - Junior Project Manager

We are seeking a confident, organised, collaborative and culturally-aware Junior Project Manager to join this Agency and partake in major client projects across this disruptive creative and cutting-edge Agency. The successful candidate will be capable of juggling several campaigns simultaneously and maintaining high-performance on these. This role requires organisational skills, and proficiency in various project management tools and methodologies. The ideal applicant will be people-first and possess and confident, with a strong Social Media knowledge. You must be creatively engaged, organised and proactively with a mature and composed approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work across multiple integrated campaigns across brand, placemaking, and digital
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery
  • Coordinate timelines, budgets, and resource plans
  • Conduct quality control on all deliverables before client delivery
  • Support creative production – from social content to radio or digital campaigns
  • Client Management
  • Act as a day-to-day contact for client team
  • Attend weekly status meetings with marketing managers
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships
  • Manage feedback professionally, finding solutions and keeping projects on track

Skills required...

  • Keep campaign plans, reports, and schedules up to date
  • Coordinate with partners and creative teams on priorities and progress
  • Oversee internal task management and ensure workloads are balanced
  • Track and manage financials and additional production budgets
  • Experience managing up to 4 projects and 10 clients concurrently
  • Familiar with creative production processes
  • Strong understanding of social, email, and paid media channels
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, with sharp attention to tone and clarity.
  • Appreciates good creative work and can collaborate effectively with strategy, designers, editors, and creatives.
