To help support our future growth as an agency, we are looking for an Account Manager, Fashion Communications to join our team based in our London office.

To help support our future growth as an agency, we are looking for an Account Manager, Fashion Communications to join our team based in our London office

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact and leading client communications with confidence, professionalism and strong commercial awareness.

- Deliver high-quality campaign execution across press, partnerships and brand initiatives, ensuring activity is strategically aligned with client objectives and KPIs.

- Provide line management and mentorship to Account Assistants and Coordinators, supporting their development while ensuring efficient workflow management, strong quality control and best-practice delivery across processes including sample trafficking and reporting.

- Collaborate with Directors and senior team members to monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities for optimisation and proactively recommend creative and strategic solutions.

- Take ownership of defined elements of client strategy, contributing industry insight, cultural awareness and innovative thinking to support wider communications planning.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media, industry and cultural contacts to secure meaningful and high-impact brand coverage.

- Work collaboratively across global [Employer hidden] offices and service divisions to deliver integrated client programmes and identify opportunities to expand cross-office and cross-discipline engagement.

- Support new business development and pitch activity, demonstrating strong market knowledge and confidently representing the [Employer hidden] brand and service offering.

- Identify and support opportunities to grow client accounts through integrated service offerings and expanded scopes of work.

- Champion digital and integrated communications opportunities across client programmes, working closely with specialist teams to deliver innovative and insight-led campaigns.

- Maintain strong knowledge of influencer, talent and creator landscapes, identifying relevant partnership opportunities aligned with client positioning and campaign objectives.

- Utilise data, reporting and analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance, measure ROI and provide insight-led recommendations to enhance results.

- Stay informed on evolving media, cultural and social trends, confidently advising clients and internal teams on emerging opportunities and best practice.

Key Attributes

- Proven experience working within a PR / Communications role, ideally across luxury, fashion, lifestyle or cultural sectors

- Experience overseeing the monitoring, analysis and sharing of media coverage across print, digital and social platforms

- Demonstrates enthusiasm for the industry, with motivation to attend and engage in relevant cultural, fashion and industry events

- Strong relationships with key media and industry stakeholders, alongside confident stakeholder management skills

- Awareness of the wider business and communications landscape and how PR activity supports broader brand and commercial objectives

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, alongside excellent research and organisational abilities

- Ability to work effectively under pressure, managing deadlines and competing priorities within a fast-paced agency environment

- Confidence to contribute ideas, enhance client experience and work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

- High level of attention to detail, with the ability to interpret and present both quantitative and qualitative performance data

- Positive, solutions-focused approach when navigating challenges, demonstrating accountability and ownership to deliver work accurately and on time

- Strong negotiation and influencing skills when working with media, partners and stakeholders

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint, with confidence using reporting and media monitoring tools
