Marketing Manager

Lift is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to elevate its profile, strengthen its positioning in the iGaming ecosystem, and drive demand through compelling storytelling and lead generation. The role involves brand strategy, campaign execution, content creation, event management, and performance tracking.

    What will you be doing?

    • Develop Lift’s brand messaging for the iGaming vertical across markets (US, UK, EU, LatAm, etc.)
    • Differentiate Lift in a crowded landscape through clear, credible storytelling
    • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, events, content, and paid media
    • Tailor messaging for different audiences: operators, agencies, affiliates, and partners
    • Own the content calendar and produce (or commission) blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and guides focused on iGaming marketing challenges
    • Partner with sales and product to create high-impact collateral: decks, one-pagers, product sheets, etc.
    • Manage Lift’s presence at major iGaming and ad tech events (e.g., ICE, SBC, G2E, etc.)
    • Coordinate stands, sponsorships, speaking opportunities, and lead-gen follow-ups
    • Maintain and evolve website content and structure to support iGaming positioning and SEO
    • Drive engagement on LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and other relevant channels
    • Create resources that enable sales to communicate Lift’s value and close deals effectively
    • Align closely with commercial teams to refine messaging based on market feedback
    • Define KPIs and track the impact of marketing programs on brand visibility and pipeline
    • Use data to optimise spend, targeting, and creative

    What will you bring to the party?

    • B2B marketing experience, ideally in adtech, martech, igaming, or SaaS
    • Deep understanding of performance marketing, programmatic advertising, and CTV
    • Knowledge of first-party data strategy, identity, and privacy trends
    • Exceptional writing and content creation skills
    • A strong eye for brand consistency and a knack for turning complex ideas into compelling narratives
    • Experience with tools like HubSpot, WordPress, Figma/Canva, Google Analytics, and paid media platforms
    • Bonus: Experience working in regulated markets or with compliance-sensitive industries
