FULL DESCRIPTION

Campaign Manager

We’re looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Campaign Manager to lead the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of digital advertising campaigns across Programmatic & Social platforms. This role requires deep expertise in DSPs and Paid Social Platforms, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate performance data into actionable strategy.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across social, display, video, CTV, mobile and native formats
    • Operate and optimize campaigns within our proprietary platform and Paid Social Media
    • Develop audience targeting strategies using data sets available
    • Monitor performance metrics including CTR, CPA, ROAS, viewability, and conversion rates
    • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting segments, and bidding strategies
    • Implement and troubleshoot tracking solutions (pixels, fl oodlights, tag managers)
    • Ensure brand safety and fraud prevention measures are in place
    • Prepare performance reports and present insights to internal stakeholders and clients
    • Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and forecasting
    • Stay up to date with industry trends, privacy regulations, and programmatic best practices
    • Liaise with clients to ensure their objectives and expectations are being met

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience managing programmatic advertising campaigns
    • Hands-on experience with major DSPs and social ad platforms
    • Strong understanding of ad exchanges, SSPs, DMPs, and RTB ecosystems
    • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Excel
    • Experience with conversion tracking and attribution models
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
