Senior Associate – Family

Working within our successful Family team, this is a role that will see the successful candidate supporting Lawyers and Paralegals with all administration tasks.

Our Family Lawyers recognise the complex emotions that accompany family problems and the need for empathetic, calm advice in difficult situations. Our specialist team have a reputation for acting for high-net-worth individuals in complex and international cases. Partners and team are ranked in both Chambers and Legal 500.

The successful candidate will be experienced and ambitious with around 7 years + PQE and the ability to advise and support clients on a wide array of family matters including Divorce, Financial Remedy and Private Law Children Act cases.

They will be:

  • Responsible for a caseload of private family matters including:
  • Divorce and Dissolution of civil partnerships
  • Financial remedy
  • Financial provision for children and separation agreements
  • Cohabitation agreements
  • Child arrangements
