Warehouse Operative

Key responsibilities:
- Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials
- Loading and unloading using counterbalance forklift truck
- Picking and filling orders from stock
- Packing and shipping orders
- Managing and organising inventory and stock
- Operating warehouse equipment, including electric forklifts, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and regulations
- Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment
- Ensuring security of warehouse and stock
- Assisting with other warehouse duties as needed
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items
- Forklift certification essential
- Driving licence needed
This is a full time job, temporary to permanent for the right candidate.
Monday to Friday, and a Saturday every fortnight.
