What You’ll Be Doing
As a Drivers Mate, you’ll be:
- Supporting the driver with home deliveries
- Delivering goods directly into customers’ homes (room of choice service)
- Carrying out manual handling safely and efficiently
- Assisting with basic furniture assembly (full training provided)
- Providing outstanding customer service at every stop
You’ll be the face of the company in customers’ homes – professionalism and a positive attitude are key!

- Previous experience as a Drivers Mate / Delivery Porter / Driver’s Assistant
- Comfortable with heavy lifting and manual handling
- Ability to work using your own initiative
- Flexible, reliable and punctual
- Strong communication skills
- A team player with a customer-first mindset
