Experienced Fibre Engineers

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Fibre Installation Engineer, you’ll bring technical skill and precision to every installation:

• Installing fibre connectivity on the Altnet Fibre Network at customer premises
• Working at heights and within underground networks
• Testing multiple points throughout installations to ensure complete functionality
• Working both independently and as part of a team to achieve targets and KPIs
• Following strict Health and Safety procedures at all times
• Maintaining and demonstrating your SA001, SA002, S007, S008, and Streetworks accreditations

• A strong commitment to safety and safe working practices
• Comfortable working outdoors year-round in a variety of environments
• Confident using smart devices and technology to follow detailed instructions
• Customer-focused with great communication skills
• Highly organised with a problem-solving mindset
• Able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Comfortable working at heights of up to 15 metres
• Excellent attention to detail
• A full UK manual driving licence (held for at least 12 months, with no more than 6 points)
