At [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Group, we’re expanding fast—and we’re looking for dependable, hands-on individuals to help us deliver vital infrastructure on our Virgin Media contract.

What You’ll Be Doing:

This is a practical, varied role where you’ll play a key part in connecting customers to high-speed services:

  • Installing Virgin Media services at customer properties
  • Pulling cables through underground ducting from street cabinets to homes
  • Working across gardens, driveways, footpaths, and access chambers
  • Speaking with customers to plan cable routes before starting work
  • Using hand tools and mechanical civils equipment
  • Working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Operating underground and progressing to overhead fibre work (PIA) as you develop
  • Following strict health and safety procedures at all times

Please note: This is a physically demanding role involving lifting, digging, bending, and being on your feet throughout the day.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking motivated individuals who are ready to take on a hands-on, rewarding role:

  • A strong commitment to safety and safe working practices
  • Comfortable working outdoors year-round in a variety of environments
  • Confident using smart devices and technology to follow detailed instructions
  • Customer-focused with great communication skills
  • Highly organised with a problem-solving mindset
  • Able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced setting
  • Comfortable working at heights of up to 15 metres
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A full UK manual driving licence (held for at least 12 months, with no more than 6 points)

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for people who are ready to get stuck in and grow with us:

  • Full UK driving licence (held for 12+ months, max 6 points)
  • Comfortable with manual labour and physical work
  • Willing to work outdoors, underground, and at height
  • Strong commitment to health and safety
  • Telecoms, civils, or trade experience is a plus—but not essential
  • Confident communicating with customers
  • Reliable, motivated, and a strong team player
