[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Group is currently looking to recruit the very best talent and has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Yard Operative to join our expanding team in Brimsdown, Enfield. This role is ideal for someone with strong yard, forklift, and warehouse experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the yard, ensuring it runs efficiently and safely
  • Load and unload deliveries using a forklift (where required), ensuring all goods are handled with care
  • Check incoming deliveries for accuracy, damages, and correct quantities
  • Store and organise materials in designated yard and warehouse locations
  • Pick, prepare, and issue materials for collection and distribution to site teams
  • Carry out regular stock checks and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels
  • Record goods inwards and outwards using company systems and ensure stock records are up to date
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe yard and warehouse environment
  • Follow all Health & Safety procedures and best practices at all times
  • Assist with general warehouse and yard duties as required

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a yard operative, warehouse, or stores role (minimum 2 years or equivalent)
  • Valid forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
  • Experience with loading/unloading and manual handling
  • Good understanding of warehouse operations and stock control
  • Basic IT skills for stock systems and record-keeping
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence
