Summary
We are a friendly, well-established dispensing practice located on the beautiful North Cornwall coast, serving a population of approximately 16,500 patients across three dispensing surgeries between Padstow and St Columb. Set within a stunning rural community, our practice is committed to delivering high-quality care, improving patient outcomes, and providing continuity of care to our local population.
We are seeking a motivated Salaried GP to join our team for 6–8 sessions per week. The successful candidate will work within a supportive clinical environment with opportunities for professional development and a strong emphasis on work–life balance. There is the future potential opportunity for GP partnership for the right candidate.
We pride ourselves on being a supportive and collaborative team with a wealth of experience across all roles. Our multidisciplinary team includes GP Partners, salaried GPs, medical students and registrars, a paramedic home-visiting team, advanced practitioners, nurse practitioners, clinical pharmacists, social prescribers, health coaches, HCAs, dispensers, and dedicated administrative and secretarial staff.
The Role
We are seeking a motivated Salaried GP to join our team for 6–8 sessions per week. Key Responsibilities
- Managing a wide range of health needs within a primary care setting
- Telephone triage and both acute and routine appointments
- Face-to-face and telephone consultations
- Home visits where appropriate
- Reviewing and signing repeat prescriptions/EPS
- Managing patient queries, pathology results, and clinical correspondence in a timely manner

Person Specification
- Experience working in primary care
- GMC registered / Performers list
- Knowledge of EMIS (desirable)
