Hours: 30 Hours, Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday morning

##### Summary

We are seeking a committed and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our primary care team. The post holder will deliver high quality, evidence based nursing care, supporting both treatment room activity and long term condition management. Working within a modern general practice environment, you will contribute to safe, effective and person centred care for our patient population.

About the Role

This is a varied and rewarding position where your day to day responsibilities will be shaped around your skills, experience and professional interests. Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience in:

  • • Wound care
  • • Cervical cytology
  • • Childhood immunisations

Experience with SystmOne is beneficial but not essential.

We also welcome applications from newly qualified nurses or those looking to take their first step into general practice nursing. For the right candidate, we offer mentorship, structured support and tailored training to help you develop confidently into a treatment room nursing role.
