FULL DESCRIPTION
Test Manager (12-month contract)
Location: Hybrid, 2 days onsite (London)
Rate: Up to £400/day (inside IR35)
Start: ASAP, interviews w/c 13th April
Key responsibilities
- Own test strategy, plans, environments and data
- Lead SIT, UAT, regression and E2E testing across CRM and core systems
- Hands-on integration testing (payments, refunds, reconciliation)
- Maintain basic automation (e.g. C#)
- Manage defects and drive resolution
- Report on test progress, risks and release readiness
- Support UAT and ensure consistent standards across services
Essential experience
- Strong test management across SIT, UAT, regression and E2E
- CRM testing and core system upgrade assurance
- Integration testing, ideally payment journeys
- APIs, middleware and data flow testing
- Basic test automation capability
- Strong stakeholder management and reporting
- Experience with tools like ServiceNow or SAP CALM
Desirable
- Local government experience
- Verint CMpro or similar
- Building reusable regression packs
- Comfortable using AI
