  • Act as the compliance lead across programmes, ensuring adherence to industry and regulatory standards
  • Manage programme budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Oversee governance, risk, and stakeholder engagement at senior level
  • Coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes
  • Drive business case development (OBC/FBC) and approvals
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and with minimal operational disruption

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale construction or capital programmes
  • Strong understanding of compliance, governance, and risk management
  • Experience working with NEC or JCT contracts
  • Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and senior stakeholders
  • Track record of budget ownership and financial control
  • Background in public sector, healthcare, or regulated environments (highly desirable)
  • Relevant degree (construction, engineering, or similar) or equivalent experience

Why Apply?

  • Work on high-value, meaningful infrastructure programmes
  • Play a key role in shaping safe and compliant environments
  • Strong job stability and benefits package
  • Opportunity to lead complex, high-profile projects with real impact

Please note that candidates with NHS or wider public sector background will be highly desirable for this role.
