This is a key leadership role managing a medium-sized residential and dementia care home, with full accountability for quality, people, and performance, ensuring consistently high standards of care and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the delivery of high-quality, person-centred residential and dementia care
- Driving service performance against quality, occupancy, and financial targets
- Ensuring strong governance, compliance, and inspection readiness
- Developing and supporting a stable, motivated staff team
- Representing the service positively in external meetings and reviews
To be considered, you will need:
- Management experience within a residential and/or dementia care setting
- Strong working knowledge of CQC regulatory frameworks
- Commercial awareness, including staffing, budgets, and occupancy growth
- A confident, inclusive leadership style with the ability to drive improvement
- A genuine commitment to person-centred care
The role offers a salary of £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus an excellent benefits package.
