Regional Support Manager
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Consulting continues to work with one of its expanding elderly care providers in the search for a Clinical Regional Support Manager covering a portfolio of care homes across Scotland, with a focus on the Central Belt and North East.
This role will primarily focus on supporting the delivery of high-quality clinical outcomes and financial performance in identified focus homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Regional Director of Care in achieving pre-agreed quality and business targets and KPIs
- Supporting Registered Home Managers with the day-to-day running and development of their homes
- Providing strong clinical leadership and oversight to ensure effective governance and regulatory compliance
- Inducting and mentoring new Home Managers into the group
- Working with the senior management team on delivering key projects across the portfolio
- Enhancing residents’ quality of life by identifying and reducing risk through audits and corrective action
Candidate Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN
- Proven experience as a Clinical Home Manager within residential or nursing care
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, compliance, and regulatory standards
- Credible, hands-on leader ready to step into a regional support role
