Office Manager & Marketing Executive

We are seeking a full-time Office Manager and Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at SKA Motors London Ltd. This on-site role requires a versatile professional who will manage office operations, maintain office equipment, and deliver excellent customer service. The successful candidate will also support our marketing efforts by promoting our services and ensuring smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all day-to-day office administrative functions to ensure efficient operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by handling customer inquiries, bookings, and complaints.
  • Manage office equipment and supplies, ensuring all resources are in optimal condition.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing strategies, both online and offline, to promote SKA Motors’ offerings.
  • Support basic accounting tasks, including handling invoices, payments, and petty cash.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow across the company.
  • Maintain records, handle clerical tasks, and organize office documentation effectively.
  • Help with customer feedback collection and identify ways to improve customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in office administration and managing office equipment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial handling.
  • Ability to solve problems efficiently and take initiative.
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Relevant certification or diploma in Office Management, Business Administration, or related fields is a plus.
