• observation
• portfolio of evidence
• scenario or case study
• oral questioning.

It is Internally assessed and externally quality assured portfolio of evidence based qualification.

Do you need to be working to take this qualification?

Learners will need to be working in the role of Deputy or Manager in an appropriate setting or have the opportunity to carry out responsibilities associated with these roles.
