Building Services engineers install, commission and maintain building systems, to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all. This HND has a specific specialism in electrical engineering and will provide the candidate with the very latest in energy efficiency, sustainable design and installation.

Assessment and learner commitment
Assessment on the HNC is internally assessed and quality assured in line with Pearson requirements. Achievement is based on successful completion of unit assessments.
Candidates are required to:
- Complete unit-based assignments set by [Employer hidden], which may include written reports, case studies, presentations, and applied project work.
- Demonstrate understanding of technical knowledge and academic skills relevant to the construction and built environment sector.
- Meet published assignment deadlines and engage in feedback and assessment review opportunities.

Assessment is designed to support progression by developing analytical thinking, problem-solving, and professional reporting skills aligned to industry practice.
