Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partner Channel Manager to join our UK team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with key channel partners to drive sales and expand our market presence across the UK. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in channel development and partner management within the energy sector.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or a related field, preferably within the energy industry.
- Strong understanding of the UK market and proven ability to establish and grow partner channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business plans with clear objectives, outcomes, and timelines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and make decisions based on data.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
Job responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to promote and sell our products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships.
- Work closely with partners to develop strategies that leverage our product strengths and optimize market penetration.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to create partner enablement resources and coordinate marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance against sales goals, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Provide ongoing training and support to partners.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities.
- Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements and policies.
