[Employer hidden] is seeking a Business Support Officer (BSO) to provide full administrative support for the day-to-day running and operations of the business. The BSO will manage emails, communications, maintain records, schedule meetings, and assist in organizing company events.

# What we are looking for?
Previous relevant work experience is a bonus. However, we will also consider individuals who have recently graduated and are seeking an opportunity to learn and develop within the company.
#### Duties & responsibilities include:
Business Support Officer (BSO) will assist with daily administrative tasks and ensure efficient office operations. BSO will manage emails, letters, and other communications and act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders of the business. BSO will be responsible to maintain accurate records, archive both physical and digital data and files. BSO will be responsible to schedule and organise meetings of colleagues and Senior Management and prepare agendas of the meetings and take meetings minutes and cascade it to the relevant stakeholders. BSO will also assist in organizing company events, conferences and manage office supplies and equipment.

- IT and numeracy skills, with strong IT skills required if managing/operating computerized payroll and benefits systems.
- Organizational and planning skills.
- The ability to analyse, interpret and explain employment law.
- Integrity and approachability, as managers and staff must feel able to discuss sensitive and confidential issues with you.
- Curiosity and a willingness to challenge organisational culture where necessary.
- Teamworking skills and the ability to collaborate well with others.
- The ability to compile and interpret statistical data and communicate it in a professional and understandable manner.

### Work schedule: Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 17:00
#### Gross Salary: £28,400 P.A
