IT Development Placement Year
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Group is looking for someone with a passion and energy for coding, and program writing in a number of different disciplines. This is an exciting opportunity that offers the right individual a chance to become involved in all of the above and to explore the boundaries of what is possible as we seek to enhance our services for our clients and staff alike.
What Would This Placement Involve?
Working with our dedicated Development team, we are looking for someone with a passion and energy for coding, and program writing in a number of different disciplines.
The landscape is quickly changing, with numerous programs, such as Python, .Net, C#, C++, XML and JSON, containing programming languages with a place in the legal marketplace.
In addition, the increasing use of low code/no code applications, robotic process automation (RPA) and artificial intelligence (AI), is increasingly coming to the fore in the legal process.
This is an exciting opportunity that offers the right individual a chance to become involved in all of the above and to explore the boundaries of what is possible as we seek to enhance our services for our clients and staff alike.
What Skills Must I Possess?
We are looking for someone who is working on an appropriate Degree, relevant to coding and programming languages, with some experience in programming and someone who is familiar with some or all of the languages detailed above.
We are not looking for an expert, we are looking for someone who has an appetite and application for coding, with initiative and a challenging mind.
We are looking for someone with a huge desire to learn and to quickly pick up the different programming languages, to the benefit of both themselves and the organisation.

- Enthusiasm and interest in development and programming
- A proactive individual, who is creative, and a team player
- Available for the full 12 months of the placement year
