FULL DESCRIPTION

This is a great opportunity for a Hire and Recovery Handler with the ability to work towards shared goals and objectives to join [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] with responsibility for dealing with direct instructions from Winn Solicitors for the provision of credit hire, credit repair and credit recovery and storage services.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking Instruction from clients to arrange a suitable booking in date for repairs and hire.
  • Arranging urgent recovery of vehicles to safe storage.
  • Managing a caseload and keeping up to date on tasks by prioritising urgent instructions.
  • Reviewing defendant evidence to provide rebuttal responses to support the recovery of credit hire charges.
  • Assessing the clients need for hire.
  • Liaising with body shops to agree standard rates and make repair arrangements.
