Job Overview:

The team performs a key role in recruiting high-quality International, UK, EU or Indefinite Leave to Remain students. Our recruiting agents are responsible for calling and connecting with the students, and for the initial assessment of a student’s suitability, counselling students and, liaising with students through the enrollment process. Keeping a close eye on the ambitious recruitment targets would be an ultimate objective of the job. One of the leading education consultancy firm based in East London (Forest Gate / Stratford) is hiring Recruitment Officer (Education Marketing) with immediate effect.

Responsbilities::

• Has previous sales or recruiting experience
• Sourcing students by using various marketing techniques and networking
• Counselling students on UK Education Options
• Maintain and expand the relationship with existing clients
• Carry out assessment regarding students’ academic progress to advise the most suitable education / study options for them

Key Requirements:

• Highly motivated, ambitious and target-focused
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Be computer literate
• Thrive on working to and achieving ambitious targets
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
• Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
• Be knowledgeable of and comfortable working within a highly regulated environment
• Regional knowledge of student recruitment experience preferred
• (Middle East North Africa / Turkey / South East Asia / European Union)
• Multilingual preferred
