MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Solarvista are growing rapidly and are looking to recruit personable and consultative individuals to help provide a fantastic customer experience for those using our products.

Solarvista’s platform is entirely Cloud/SaaS based and resides exclusively in the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.

What would you be doing?

An opportunity has arisen to join a thriving business during an exciting time of growth. Solarvista is a high-tech software business that produces Field Service Management System/”No-code” Application Platform.

The reports directly to the Marketing Director.

As Marketing Executive, you will ideally, have:

  • Both inbound and outbound marketing experience gained within a high-technology sector.
  • Focused approach to delivery and deadlines, remaining calm and considered under pressure.
  • Enthusiastic, 'can do' approach which inspires confidence in others.
  • The ability to work with internal and external teams to deliver on time.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Capability to generate ideas and explain their merits with clarity and logic.
  • Good written and communication skills.
  • Professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Organised and efficient.
  • Skilled in using digital tools such as Microsoft Office and graphical design applications.
  • Experience with search engines.
  • Experience with Marketing Automation software (HubSpot or similar).
  • An ability to create coherent and visually appealing content.

Key Role and Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing Director in the delivery of the marketing and business development plan.
  • Write regular SEO-optimal blog posts.
  • Manage and optimize the Search Engines for best performance.
  • Provide social media updates across popular platforms.
  • Research and write white papers, case studies and other content.
  • Organise exhibitions and other external events.
  • Proactively promote effective use of CRM software (currently HubSpot) including data cleansing client mailing lists and adding relevant opportunities and activities.
  • Liaise with external design teams to ensure the creation, production and delivery of marketing materials across print and digital, internal and external channels.
  • Support in the delivery of email marketing programmes including creating data lists, populating the email template, distributing and monitoring key metrics.
  • Ensure all internal databases and resources capturing the company’s capability, experience and client testimonials are comprehensive and up-to-date and shared via various internal newsletters.
  • Co-ordinate website content.
  • Monitor and prepare management information.
  • Be active within relevant social media groups to generate awareness in markets.
