Responsibilities and Duties
- Excellent knowledge of Tandoori ovens and the ability to prepare high-quality Tandoori dishes.
- Following the recipe and presentation instructions from the head chef.
- Preparing meals based on customer preferences.
- Ensure our customers receive a unique taste of tandoori dishes
- Cooking tandoori Dishes like Tikka, Shashlik etc from raw ingredients.
- Preparing the order for tandoori stock and informing the head chef
- Following all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assisting other chefs on food preparation and cleaning.
