Territory Sales Manager

We’re seeking a driven Territory Manager in the West Midlands to join our expanding sales team at [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk]. This is a unique opportunity to transition your clinical expertise into a commercial role while staying close to the cutting edge of surgery.

What You’ll Do

  • Build relationships with surgeons, theatre teams, and hospitals across your territory
  • Provide in-theatre case support, ensuring safe and effective use of our products
  • Drive adoption of our portfolio of innovative orthopaedic implants and technologies
  • Deliver product training, education, and support for healthcare professionals
  • Work closely with our product managers and senior leadership to achieve growth targets

What We’re Looking For

  • ODP / scrub nurse (ideally orthopaedics) looking for a move into medical devices sales
  • Strong theatre knowledge, confidence in engaging with surgical teams
  • A passion for innovation and improving patient outcomes
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ambition to build a career in medical sales
