Territory Sales Manager
We’re seeking a driven Territory Manager in the West Midlands to join our expanding sales team at [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk]. This is a unique opportunity to transition your clinical expertise into a commercial role while staying close to the cutting edge of surgery.
What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with surgeons, theatre teams, and hospitals across your territory
- Provide in-theatre case support, ensuring safe and effective use of our products
- Drive adoption of our portfolio of innovative orthopaedic implants and technologies
- Deliver product training, education, and support for healthcare professionals
- Work closely with our product managers and senior leadership to achieve growth targets
What We’re Looking For
- ODP / scrub nurse (ideally orthopaedics) looking for a move into medical devices sales
- Strong theatre knowledge, confidence in engaging with surgical teams
- A passion for innovation and improving patient outcomes
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Ambition to build a career in medical sales
