[Employer hidden] are currently looking to recruit a Surveyor to join our dynamic, multi-disciplined team. The position provides an opportunity to work in the field of Business Rates, Landlord and Tenant, Valuation and Compulsory Purchase, as well as the opportunity to work with a mix of well known companies across the UK .

The role

To assist 4 partners with large and interesting assignments and have ownership of a broad range of professional instructions.
The range of instructions covers rating appeals, rent reviews and lease renewals, compulsory purchase, valuation and consultancy advice.
Properties upon which we advise include shops, offices, industrial and warehouse premises, laboratories, artist studios and residential development land across the country but with an emphasis on London and the South East.
Clients include corporates, charities, high net worth individuals, developers and public sector organisations.

Experience

The ideal candidate would be newly qualified from a general practice background but we are interested in those approaching qualification as well as those with several years PQE. We are also relaxed about candidates having experience in only one of the professional disciplines outlined above so long as there is a willingness to learn new skills.
Candidates should be confident about taking on new and unusual instructions and be prepared to become involved in business generation, networking and client entertainment.
