Employment type: Full-time position through employment contract.

As a Game Designer at PlayDigital, you will play a pivotal role in the creative process, leading the ideation of exciting casino and slot game concepts. You will work closely with a diverse team of professionals, including game designers, mathematicians, producers, animators, sound designers, and software engineers, to deliver outstanding games to the market.
What You'll Do
- Concept Development: Generate innovative ideas and themes that align with creative briefs for new casino and slot games.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the studio throughout the development process to ensure the execution of your concepts meets high-quality standards.
- Documentation: Create detailed design documents outlining game mechanics, features, and requirements.
- Creative Oversight: Serve as the creative gatekeeper during achievement ceremonies, ensuring all elements align with the project's vision and standards.
- Education: Provide mentorship to key creatives on standard methodologies in casino game design, tailored to various key markets.
About You
- Approximately 5 years of experience in slots and casino game design, with a preference in online slots
- Strong understanding of existing game types, features, and mechanics relevant to casino and slot games.
- Proficiency in visual design tools for creating storyboards and conceptualizing ideas.
- Familiarity with mathematical game methods and their application in game design and implementation.
- Creative and innovative problem solver with a passion for game design and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Diligent with strong organizational abilities.
