Now we’re looking for someone to take our sales team to the next level: — someone with deep experience with high ticket sales teams, specialising in selling info, courses, DWY consulting, events and super-high ticket DFY enterprise buildouts.
The Role
We're looking for a super long term relationship with someone who wants to integrate as part of our client success management team. You’ll be on the front lines, 1-1, with 55-65 of our high ticket clients.
You’ll be working alongside other ex-7 figure business owners & coaches who have overseen thousands of heavy-hitting business transformations.
We’re on a mission to make client acquisition EASY and need your help.
Important: This is NOT fractional (we want someone ALL IN)
… we’re looking for someone who has actually done it themselves.
This person will have full autonomy to run their accounts as they see fit, and help clients use our products to progress to their goals.
IMPORTANT: This isn’t just a random ‘client success’ job. We’re looking for someone with real long term business & sales experience who is serious about their career and is serious about business and working together for the long term.
Responsibilities
One account is 12wks (EasyGrow 8wk & Acquisition Nirvana 16wk)
60 accounts required
3 1o1 Calls in month 1 - then as needed (this includes onboarding)
Creating custom 1-1 initial execution plans for clients, for onboarding call
1-1 client sales call reviews as needed
Audits of acquisition channels where necessary
Mon-Fri 24hr Slack support (when you’re online)
Detailed noting in asana per client (maybe hubspot)
Weekly check in & accountability messages to / for clients
Directing traffic; sending clients to appropriate coaching calls/content
Daily CS Meetings (Mon-Fri) *
Requirements
Must-Haves Skills:
deep knowledge of appointment booking
deep knowledge of sales
deep knowledge of [Employer hidden] products (we can teach you this)
$1M+ in backend sales (if you’ve been a CSM before)
ability to not only coach, but be coachable
Ability to think critically and solve problems autonomously
self starting, driven & motivated
tracking monster (being obsessed with data and metrics)
