You must have the following:
- Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the health care field.
- Educated to NVQ level 3 or willing to work towards achieving it.
- Must have access to a car and possess a full driving licence.
- Strong organisational and time management skills are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required.
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding for the needs of clients and their families.
- Capable of offering leadership, support, and supervision to a team.
