To support Registered Manager in delivery of high quality community support services for adults and children. To ensure 100% staff support cover to all people we support. To review support plans and liaise with relevant professionals. To effectively lead and manage the support teams to deliver outstanding support and care.

- To communicate effectively with people we support, families and staff support teams and relevant professionals
- To work as a team member and provide on call cover in rota with other operational leaders ( additional payment for on call cover)
- To cover in absence of Registered Manager
